Apart from the property management service provided by the city’s Wirtschaftsförderungsgesellschaft (WFG, Herne Business Development Agency), the WFG Innovations- und Gewerbezentren (IGZ Herne) (innovation and industrial centres) provide valuable advice to young and future-orientated companies. Joint facilities and a wide range of information and advisory services support the centres’ users during start-up and expansion. Support is also provided in moving or relocating to reclaimed commercial sites which are available for lease.
